• AI-generated brand identity designs including logos, color schemes, and typography
• Brand guidelines and style documentation
• Expert design review and refinement services
• Brand asset downloads and file delivery
• Account management and project collaboration tools

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important Notice: Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate brand designs and content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be perfect or meet all specific requirements
• While we employ expert design review, final responsibility for brand suitability rests with you
• AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected results or interpretations
• We continuously improve our AI models, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or perfection
• You should review all AI-generated content before final use in commercial applications

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you provide to us ("Your Content"). However, by providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

4.2 Generated Brand Assets

Upon full payment for services, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the brand assets created specifically for your project. This includes:

• Commercial use rights for your business or organization
• Rights to modify and adapt the brand assets for your needs
• Rights to create derivative works based on the brand assets

4.3 Platform and Technology

Spacekit.io retains all rights to our platform, technology, AI models, processes, and any improvements or modifications made thereto. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms or methods.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your brand and requirements
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate our AI systems for unintended purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights of others when providing input content
• Not use our platform to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of brand creation services unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, available upon request.

7. Quality Assurance and Revisions

While our AI technology and expert review process aim to deliver high-quality results, we offer a revision process to ensure your satisfaction:

• Initial brand concepts include up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee
• Major scope changes may require a new project agreement
• Final approval is required before asset delivery

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACEKIT.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SPACEKIT.IO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
